On November 21 of last year, Mega O’Brie, 29, gave birth to Lilah and Josie, and her sister Sara Seyler, 32, gave birth to Leo and Parker three months later in Doylestown, Pennsylvania in the United States.

Due to the “completary coincidence” of being pregnant at the same time, both siblings ended up being pregnant.
