Laredo, Texas had a different history than what it has become now. When the city was founded it was just a small town, but later emerged as the 10th most populous city in Texas and the third most populous city in the US on the Mexican border, making it a popular destination for tourists. Laredo was once also the capital of the ephemeral Republic of Rio Grande. As a typical Texas town, Laredo is populated by Hispanics and is connected to major transportation companies. It is mostly known for international trade.
However in 1948 there was a strange UFO crash in Laredo. The UFO was tracked by Distant Early Warning [DEW] on July 7, 1948. DEW is a series of radar installations that give early warning of air strikes. The alleged UFO entered US airspace from the state of Washington and moved directly towards the southern Texas region. According to the DEW the speed of the UFO was over two thousand miles per hour. (3218.688 KM/h).
When two F-94 jets were dispatched from Dias Air Force Base in Texas to pursue and attack the UFO the UFO made a sharp 90 degree turn without slowing down and headed towards East Texas. After that the UFO was again chased by the fighter jets but this time the UFO started to show some problems. The speed started to decrease and increase and the UFO started to swing in the air. It finally landed 30 miles south of Laredo, Texas in Mexico.
The Mexican government was informed that a top-secret US “special test vehicle” had failed and crashed. Before long a recovery team was sent to the area where the item had disappeared from the radar to surround the area and examine what had happened. When the team arrived at the crash site it was evident that it was not an experimental aircraft, but rather a completely round object with a smooth metallic surface and no discernible seams, windows, doors or portals. The UFO suffered enormous damage because of the speed with which it fell. It measured about 27 meters in diameter and about 8 meters thick in the center. Willard McIntyre.
What this team observed and photographed was an unearthly shaped craft composed of earth-like debris. The basic structure appeared not to have been built by earthly hands. Things were badly burnt when photographers arrived at the scene but noticed a complete absence of any kind of wiring, rubber, glass, plastic, wood or paper products. Our source noticed what were some support structures that were held together by what appeared to be conventional bolts, but when mechanics tried to loosen them with wrenches they wouldn’t turn. They eventually had to be carved and the metal was very hard. The Army was using carbide and diamond drills and diamond saws for final disassembly. There seemed to be two types of metal involved. The first and most abundant could not be cut because oxyacetylene cutting torches were brought in. The second one immediately started to burn when cutting torches were used on it.
The ship’s structural skin was apparently destroyed in the explosion when the device fell while the entire valley was littered with fragments of what appeared to be aluminum foil, much like our cigarette packs only much harder. You cannot bend the material. Before anyone could leave the scene, the PMs searched them and confiscated all the fragments that had been collected. As far as the source could ascertain, the craft was almost perfectly circular and was about 27 meters in diameter and about 8 meters thick at the center and tapered to about 1.5 meters thick at the perimeter. There appeared to be 5 or six levels in the center of the craft and they were told that some sort of instrumentation and machinery had been removed before they arrived. No propulsion system or mechanism was apparent to the source.
Among all the UFO wreckage the strange thing that piqued the team’s interest was the burnt body of an Alien entity. The body was photographed for the report.
There was only one body and it was badly burned, still in the structure. Our source photographed it in place on the structure as best they could with the intense heat of the still smoldering remains and the hot, smoldering sand.
After they took pictures of the entire scene and tried to use several flashes and a tripod to record the general scene from a nearby hillside, the Air Force and rescue firefighters on the scene dragged the body from the craft and placed it on a nearby bench so that could photograph it away from the intense heat. During data collection, before starting the photographic work, one of the team members asked what it was and where it came from. The commander told him not to ask. An Army captain who attended them said that the little fellow we were photographing did not come from this Earth. They only saw and photographed one body but rumors circulated at the scene that two or more creatures were thrown out of the vehicle and were captured and taken away seriously injured but still alive.
The body they photographed was 4′ 6” long. Its head was extremely large for its body size in human proportions. The eyes had disappeared from the fire, but the eye sockets were much larger than in humans and were almost enveloping as if to give a 180 degree view. There were no visible ears or nose, but there were openings where ears and nostrils would be on humans. There were no lips and the mouth was just a sort of slit without teeth or a tongue. There were two legs of normal proportions with short feet with no discernible toes. The two arms were longer than humans and the hands had four claw-like fingers each with no apparent thumbs. The arms and legs appeared to have joints in roughly the same places as humans. Once a complete set of 8″x10” prints was made, Commander Smith took them and left for Washington with the photo that people never saw again. The source of the two photos provided stated that he had 40 negatives in all showing this accident scene.
It was unfortunate that there was no photographic documentation of the creature’s medical examination or its anatomy during its autopsy, but McIntyre claims to have received a glossy printout of the photograph of the burned remains of the entity’s head and torso from the photographer and another showing a burned body lying on the floor. vegetation on a hillside.
Medical Examination of the ALIEN Corps
Two Army doctors arrived on the morning of July 8 and gave the body a cursory examination. Cur source listened to them while taking pictures of their work. There were no teeth or tongue in the mouth and no apparent ducts connecting the mouth to any part of the digestive system. There were no visible reproductive organs by human standards. The most remarkable thing he heard was that no stratified muscle fibers (sic) were discovered at either end. The tissue, which was gray in color, was extremely smooth and doctors compared its consistency to the tissue of a human female breast. They said that the bone structure in the extremities was also more complicated than in humans and speculated that movement may have been accomplished through supporting bones rather than muscles. The entire abdomen was surrounded by a rib-shaped structure down to the hips. Doctors were amazed that the end of his right arm had a metallic elbow joint. No external examination was done on site.
Each hand had four fingers longer than human fingers and tapered to an almost claw-like appearance at the tip. There were no opposite digits like thumbs. There was no visible evidence of toes and the feet came to a blunt end. The body appeared to have been dressed in a metallic material most of which had been burned away. Doctors said there was no evidence of hair growth on the head or other areas of the body, as they found no immediate evidence of hair roots. The only fluid found in the apparent veins at the extremities was colorless with a slight greenish tinge and a strong sulfurous odor. Our source noticed a strong sulfurous odor and an ozone smell when working around the burning structure.
The photographer was then sent back to White Sands and warned not to tell anyone about the incident. But before returning to White Sands he secretly made 40 copies of the original photograph. He remained silent for decades until in 1979 he finally contacted McIntyre with his information and photos. At that time the Alien’s corpse was transported to an undisclosed location, perhaps a military installation in San Antonio, Texas. Furthermore the images were leaked to the general public but they thought the images were fake.
The case above boils down to just two possibilities. Either the claim is valid as an extraordinary event or it is a hoax. The simplest explanation clearly favors this being a scam. It could be argued that ET uses some of the same hardware as “Earthlings”. Maybe you’re thinking, “Why go through all this trouble with a fake?” or perhaps, “The source was confused on some of the finer details.” I might also add that perhaps there is an underground movement within the United States to cover up this episode. Maybe this is disinformation, a ruse to hide facts about another covert operation. As I stated earlier I can neither prove nor disprove these claims. What we will say is that the above incident could not have happened with the information provided. Our investigations indicate this to my satisfaction. This was a photograph of a light plane crash and its pilot killed. Whether it was military or not is still an open question for debate. This report is intended to be more of an educational tool for researchers. In the future you may receive a similar account. As an objective investigator you must follow every path available to you, just as we did.
Although the strange UFO crash in Laredo has received a lot of attention there is little or no evidence to support it. The incident immediately faces skeptics as it is based solely on an anonymous statement by a UFO researcher and some photos. There are a plethora of such incidents out there, so it’s really hard to believe such claims without any proper evidence or official reports. However the claims are not made by ordinary people; instead they are made by respected members of society who have also tried to provide evidence in the form of photographs. All this leaves the audience in a quandary. Nobody knows what really happened that day in Laredo, Texas.
